Tape It.

December 2011 Miami, and September 2012 Tallahassee.

Jay Corrales directs whoever steps up to help him make a room sized drawing with colored tape. With a sketch only in the back of his mind, he circles the room helping gallery goers get going on a section of the drawing, and then hand off the roll of tape moving on to help someone else get started. Viewers bunker down and concentrate on their individual job, and when finished, step back to see how it all came together. The drawing is only allowed to linger in the gallery space briefly before everyone who helped or watched is invited to help tear it back down.
